1) What is Runique?

Runique is a running-inspired merchandise store where you’ll find unique products like tumblers, runner logs, hoodies and more — made for people who love running.

2) Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. Currently, we accept online payments only.

3) How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the product type. For customized products the delivery may take upto 15 Business days.

4) Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible. For customized orders, the order needs to be cancelled within 12 hrs of placing the order to be eligible for refund.

5) Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we have a return & exchange policy. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy page for full details.

6) Can I customize products?

Yes! Some products support customization (example: runner name on Running Logs). Customization options will be shown on the product page.
