At Runique Store, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across all states and union territories of India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. This applies to all products including customized and print-on-demand items.
Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹800
- Orders below ₹800 will attract a shipping charge, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout
5. Payment Methods
We accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment in real time through the courier's website or tracking portal.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
7. Courier Partners
We work with reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier assigned to your order may vary based on your location and availability.
8. Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier partner operations or backlogs
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events
- Peak season surges (festivals, sale periods)
In case of significant delays, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately. For lost shipments, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will initiate an investigation with the courier.
