Refund & Return Policy

At Runique Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. Runique Store is owned and operated by Bizecho Tech. All purchases on this website are billed by Bizecho Tech.
1. Eligible Return Conditions
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact
- You must provide your Order ID, photos/video of the issue, and a short description of the problem
2. Non-Eligible Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items returned after the 48-hour window
- Items that are used, washed, or missing original tags/packaging
3. Personalized & Customized Items
Products that are customized or personalized (for example, items printed with a name or custom details) are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
In such cases, the product will be replaced only — no refunds will be issued for personalized items.
4. Size & Variant Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or variant of the same product, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return request (see Section 7).
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please email us at hello.runique@outlook.in (CC: sanjay.thakur3@gmail.com) with the following:
- Order ID
- Photos/video clearly showing the product issue
- A short description of the problem
- Your preferred resolution (refund, replacement, or exchange)
We will review your request and respond within 24 hours of receiving your email.
6. Return Shipping
- We will arrange the return pickup at no cost to you, once your return is approved via email
- The courier used may vary based on your location and availability
- Do not ship the product back before receiving approval and pickup confirmation from us
7. Refunds
- Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
- No partial refunds will be issued
- Refunds are available for all eligible items including sale and discounted products
8. Replacement
- In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement of the same item instead of a refund, depending on the issue and stock availability
- If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue either a store credit or a full refund — your choice
9. Store Credit
- Store credits issued by Runique Store are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance
- Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash
10. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
