Refund & Return Policy

At Runique Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order. All purchases on this website are billed by Bizecho Tech.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Personalized / Customized items

Products that are customized or personalized (for example, items printed with a name or custom details) are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. In that case, the product will be replaced, no refunds will be given for these items.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Replacement

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on the issue and stock availability.
